Email Manager
Hepsia's Email Manager is an all-inclusive email management tool, which will give you full authority over your e-mail box accounts and mailing lists. With this easy-to-navigate GUI, you can set up a brand new e-mail box in an instant and manage its settings effortlessly. Furthermore, you can forward emails from one email account to another, create mail filters, create autoresponder messages and defend your e-mail box accounts against spam messages.
Anti-Spam Protection
We have server-side anti-spam filtering software, so you can shield all your email box accounts against unsolicited bulk email messages. You can also change the anti-spam protection level from 'Very Low' to 'Very High' to ensure that no unwelcome emails will find their way into your e-mailbox. Your electronic mails will be sifted out based on their spam score. You can also decide whether an email message marked as spam should be deleted or forwarded to a certain e-mail box account.
Email Filters
Email filters are excellent for filtering your incoming messages according to specific criteria set by you. Setting up email filters is extremely easy - all you have to do is fill in a simple form and your mail filter will be created and will take effect instantly. You can easily create an email filter for any of your email mailbox accounts and modify the filtering criteria according to your preference.
Email Forwarding
You can easily redirect your incoming mails from one email box account to another, or even to several other e-mail boxes. Simply specify the email box account you would like to redirect e-mail messages from, then specify the target email mailbox and select if you would like to leave a copy on our servers.
Auto-Configuration Options
With the Email Manager interface, you can easily set up the email client of your preference to access your email accounts. Just browse to the Auto-Config column next to the electronic mail account you would like to set up on your desktop PC or cellular phone and click on the mail client that you want to use (Microsoft Outlook, Outlook Express, Mozilla Thunderbird or Apple Mail). Then a file will be created for you. Drag the file to your e-mail client and the new email mailbox account will be configured in a minute.

With the Email Manager, working with multiple electronic mail accounts simultaneously is child's play. The Email Manager will also allow you to quickly set up an auto-reply message - enter the message you want people to notice and our system will do the rest. And if you wish to configure a catch-all email mailbox - you can do that with a simple click on the Catch-all icon.
